So a local private school called me to have their bus detailed before a parade in september I told them I would go look at the bus and get back to them soon on an estimate. How much would you all charge for a school bus detail.

    They want:

    Wash

    Wax

    POSSIBLY a polish

    Interior vacuum

    Seats cleaned

    Windows in/out

    tire shine

    Plastics/Vinyl dressed

    I was thinking 300-500

School bus is white and not real dirty just fyi

A full size bus or a mini bus (20 - 24 seater)? Cloth seats or vinyl?

Would an AIO work for them?

I do a lot of Sprinter vans which are about a third of the size of a bus and it takes about 7 hours doing the process you described with an AIO. Figure 20 hours. How much do you need to bill per hour? $500 - $800 seems about right to me.

.....if they want that ish polished I really hope you ask for more than just $300... that`s a LOT of surface area to polish, especially if it`s just you that`s going to take you probably 30-40 hours... not to mention product... You`re going to run through a whole can or bottle of wax on that badboy!
