    Are there any temporary fixes for clear coat failure that make it less noticeable in any fashion? Just to make the car look better; while it waits for the piggy bank to fill up for its new paint job.

    My understanding is that Opti-Coat has many characteristics that makes it perform like a second clear coat, so perhaps that might be your best bet.
    Treat it like it`s the only one in the world.

    I asked a similar question on one of my threads... someone told me opti coat can help... havent tried it though...
