Just received the new Micro Fiber polishing pads from Optimum. From what I’ve been told I am the 1st person to receive them. They look very interesting to say the least!!! The fabric is pretty much identical to the Meg’s design, but the foam used is completely different. These are the final design for the polishing application and the Cutting pads will be available within the next few weeks. I’ll be using these this weekend on their madden voyage. I’ll keep you posted how they work after. Stay tuned….

    Here`s some pics:

I agree...the MF portion looks identical, but the foam looks more porous than the megs ones. Interesting to see how they hold up and compare to megs in cutting (when the cutting pads come out), and longevity....

The foam reminds me of the Surbufs. This looks awesome, can`t wait to hear more about them!

That`s exactly what I was thinking from the pics as well. These also look kinda similar to the Chemical Guys pads they`re selling over in the UK.

Thanks for posting this Dave. Saw it on Facebook just now

Am about to email Mr G about them

Gee we really do have a wide variety of pads available today

denim, velvet, MF, Surbuf, Wool, Foam, Foamed wool and Silk wool

Am currently investigating other sources of pad materials from a UK manufacturer of fabrics
