Is Laguna Blue Mazda paint single stage paint?

I know the reds are but since there aren`t that many Laguna blues I`m not sure. Does anyone know?



The car is a 95-96 Mazda Miata.

Not up on my Mazda colors palete anymore, I know that back then the solid blue was a single stage.

I know that all the metallic blue shades have a clearcoat.

However, it`s very easy for you to find out if it is a single stage or a clear.

Just take a white towel and a little polish, go to an area that is lower on the vehicle and rub some polish and see if the towel has some blue on it.

If so, it`s a single stage, if it doesn`t, it`s clearcoated.
