Has anyone ever tried plastic polish (or other) on plastic eyeglass lenses with anti-scratch coating?

    No.

I don`t see why you would do that, unless you want to remove the anti-scratch coating, which is what the polish would do if it did anything. Also, in general terms, the polish one uses on optical components (specifically glass ones, but the same principles should apply to plastic) is very, very fine. The surface needs to be smooth on scales below the wavelength of the light, and so a car polish that leaves a headlight looking "clear" could easily be too coarse, resulting in halos and other similar problems being seen through an eyeglass lens polished with it.
