Well I just caved and bought a porter cable xp, it was on sale for $120 at autogeek so how could I pass that up? In addition to that I bought a 6 pack of lc 4" pads, 2 orange, 2 white and 2 gray along with some poorboys SSR1 to start with. I also aquired a 1300psi powerwasher with adjustable nozzle for $50; A steal if you ask me, the owner also rigged his own soap delivery system so basicly a foam cannon and powerwasher in one. Im excited to get started with detailing again and get my own car back in shape, the winters have taken a toll on my car.

Anyone have any beginner tips for the PC? I understand its pretty simple to use and I have a pretty good idea on how to start just wanted to get some additional imput.
