    Hey y`all,

I`ve been wanting to get some new stuff for detailing interiors. I hate doing interiors and stuff like that!

Does anybody have any suggestions for brushes and stuff to use for interiors? What cleaners should I use?

I don`t like to have a really shiny interior, just clean and the natural colors of the interior showing. No silicone coating basically. haha.

And what about some good brushes and cleaners for underhood and door jams?

    Thanks!

I use Meguiars Quick Detailing Spray and Microfiber Towels...

You could also try Meguiars Natural Shine.

Usually for door jams I just use a MF and some APC+.

Meg`s APC+ is about all I use on interiors for cleaning, then I use Megs #40, for a matte looking finish.

There are many brushes that will work for interiors, anything that is soft and rather small (don`t need a 2ft brush on interior).

Cool thing with APC+ is you can buy it by the gallon and dilute it as you see fit, and its cheap.

    QD + MF for jambs.

1Z Cockpit for all hard surfaces, and wipedown on leather seats.

Swissvax Detail brush to get in all the annoying crevices, and HVAC vents.

Tint safe window cleaner + glass specific MF. Trust me, the MF makes all the difference. I went from having to use two shag MF`s, one to clean and one to buff, to using this single glass MF. Doesn`t streak, cleans nice, wipe and go!

Thinking about picking up a carpet pad for my PC and using it with some woolite for the mats and carpet. I`ve only been able to offer a really thorough vacuuming so far.

    PS.

Those pet hair brushes are awesome. I`ve been shocked sometimes over the amount of dog hair I`ve pulled out of a carpet...after it already looks clean!

that pet hair brush looks good but how does it perform? Thanks for posting that up because i really need one. I`m usually pretty good at getting pet hair out but sometimes i run into issues where that might come in handy.

More like the glasses cleaning cloth - a very tight weave with no `fluff` to them.

Thanks for all the responses guys! I think I`m gonna get that swissvax brush and some of the megs APC+. What would you dillute it to? Also, will this work for a good degreaser for under the hood too?

vecdran, what is the 1Z cockpit stuff you`re talking about? I don`t think I know what that is...

    Thanks again guys!

Any more ideas and suggestions are welcome too!
