Hi folks, looooong time since my last post, so here is a public service announcement to make amends:

Just purchased a resupply of Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil and Prestine Cleaner. FYI, the formula for Prestine has been changed, it no longer has a milky look, but rather looks like a lighter version of RO. Double-checked with my supplier and they verify that Leatherique has changed the formula. Haven`t tried it yet, but I sure hope it truly is New and Improved.

Am posting this as Autopia was the first place I looked to see if the formula had been changed.

    Cheers,

    LJ

P.S. Good to see that you guys are doing an awesome job keepin` the board alive and well, truly a great resource.

Anxious for a product review. I still have a supply of the opaque stuff on hand, so if the new formula works better, I may order some up. Thanks.

    Tom,

I bought mine from Classic Motoring Accessories. But I`ve bought directly from leatherique.com before, and these are current prices per their website:

Prestine Clean: 16 oz WAS $24.00 NOW $16.99

Prestine Clean: 32 oz WAS $33.00 NOW $25.99

Rejuvinator Oil: 16 oz WAS $34.00 NOW $25.99

Rejuvinator Oil: 32 oz WAS $54.00 NOW $42.98

I think I paid slightly more at CMA, but got free shipping through a promotion. Pays to shop around for an all-in price including tax and shipping.

BTW, the leatherique website had a picture of the "new look" Prestine on their home page.

    Cheers,

    LJ

I noticed this in my last shipment. Before you really had to shake it up. Now it just comes looking like it has been shaken. Glad to hear that you checked up on it. I was worried that I had a bad batch. The label was really crooked. I think AG and other places jsut get drums of the stuff in and then fill it up themselves.
