Are you talking about the greyish stuff along the spokes or the orange stuff?

Have you tried clay? The orange stuff is the actual plastic that lost it`s color coating.

Thats just brake dust, get a small brush and some cleaner, im not sure if this is bad, but i use scrubbing bubbles, its a foaming bathtub cleaner, shouldnt be too harsh.

The yellow stuff is some kind of rot, not much you can do with that, replace the whole cap.

Scrub the tires and get some protectant. Also looking low on air.

    LOL!!

I was detailing a car today with those EXACT same wheels. And they were nasty. Car had 117k on the clock and I don`t think the wheels or interior had ever been touched.

I hit the wheels with some Megs APC+ 4:1 and it did nothing. I hit them with APC+ full strength and got decent results. I was out of my big guns (SC Grime Destroyer and E1 A2Z) but just took care of that. Those wheels are MINE tomorrow!
