I havent done it yet and want some feedback. What if you cleaned you windows with glass cleaner, and you didnt do a perfect job. Meaning you get some streaks. If you now puts a sealant over it, does the streaks/wipes get sealed and stuck on your window until the sealant wears?

Is there a proper way to prepare your windows to be sealed?

Did you seal over the streaks? Or are you about to seal over? I would sat that your going to have to strip and reseal. Are you sure the streaks are on the outside or inside of the window? The way I do windows is wipe the opposite direction as the other side(ie. the outside vertically the inside horizontally) this way when I see streaks I know which side there on.... Hope this helps??
