I was looking a round on the net, and came upon a discussion about mixing M16 and P21S. From the talk about it seems like it would be an interesting read.

It seems the thread is no longer on this site. Can anyone point me in the direction of finding this thread or read. Or if it`s no longer around anyone remember the recipe.

I`m kinda new to this site. So forgive me if this was already discussed.

    Thank you for your help.

Just put equal parts of both waxes in a sauce pan and warm slowly until they melt, stir to mix, pour into container and allow to cool overnight.

    Scottwax, Thanks for the reply.

Are there any other mixes that someone`s experimented with that gives pretty good results? Like Souveran mixed with another paste wax, or Zaino mixed with something?

I`ve tried the "pink moose" that I believe you created. It works great.

    I blended M16 and M26.

Overall, it`s more like M16, than M26. The paint is slightly darker, but the beads are very tight and it lasts for a very long time.

    M16 & 26 sounds interesting..

After the M16 & P21s, I was thinking of mixing NXT 2.0 with something. Not sure what though. I wonder if Souveran would go well with NXT, or the new P21S 100%?

Looks like it`s going to be fun trying things. lol

The original P16S threat got me thinking and I have also played around with combinations.

In equal parts I combined 16, 26, Natty’s Blue, and p21s. Overkill Im sure however, I had just enough of all the waxes to make a nice new tin.

The looks are on par with 16 however, as the original threat pointed out, the p21s really improved the removal process…. im sure NB didn’t hurt either. The beading is super tight. Overall, the wax is durable and the looks are wonderful, to my eyes at least.

If you have any questions, I will do my best.
