What have you tried so far? Are the wheels clear coated?
When my own wheels (infinity g35, clear coat wheels) get really bad, I will clean them thoroughly using soap and water, and a brush. Sometimes, though not often, I will use one of those all-wheel cleaners. I don`t use them every time since they can be detrimental to your wheel`s finish over time, but once in a while shouldn`t hurt.
After that I will clay, then apply Klasse AIO. After that I use DP wheel glaze to protect the wheels. This makes them very slick and well protected. Brake dust accumulation is NOTICEABLY less. They also clean up much easier. Bi-weekly, or monthly re-applications is necessary to maintain this though.

Ceramic pads are usually noisy and very hard on the rotors. be careful. See if Rotex makes a Kevlar pad for your car. You can also look into Mintex and EBC.

my fathers 03 c230hatch has the worst brake dust ive ever seen. oem pads and rotors... i used to work for Saab and they are real bad for brake dust too!
i find the best thing to do is give em a real good cleaning, then follow with any lsp you have handy! i`d like to see the diff in some of the stuff made just for wheels tho
Unless you change the pads you are wasting your time
Try Hawk performance ceramic, pricey but worth it, Turn the rotors and then bed the pads in properly, then seal the rims and say goodbye to brake dust....Would not use these pads for track just street.. the hawks are noise free... i`ve tried the cheaper ebc and they suck

Change the pads seriously!! Or you are wasting a lot of time. I have tried a lot of things and MB brake dust defeats them all unless you clean them ever other day. The Hawks are good so are the Akebono Euros.
