I used Adams Butter Wax for the first time today. After claying with a med grade. I applied the Butter Wax. Easy on, and off ! The results shocked me. I could see the shine appear as I applied it. Im sold. I would love to try Crystal rock, or Solaris.

Just a heads up look for Carsco soon to compete in the polish/wax market. Carsco Waldorf, MD

Check in the durability section, since BW is questioned in that area heavily.

buttery wax is great easy on easy off, great results but the durability isn`t all that great 3-4 weeks max.

The Adam`s Super Wax will do better.

3 to 4 weeks thats better than I thought. I dont use this personally, but a request from a client supplying thier own wax. I have to say the results were above my expectaions for sure.

Butter wax is a pretty easy to use product, and like most of the adams line it is meant to be the best off the shelf detailing product out there. To be honest, it`s not bad.

It is not what i would use as a professional, but for the guy who wants to get moderately into this, and do his two cars a year by hand or by pc adams is a great value.

For even more stunning results, what would you use ? No polishing just clay and wax.

i use s100 or M26 or m21 and have really good results. I tried the buttery wax and was very dissapointed with it. Too easy on too easy off, and my fears came true, i had beading for 6 days, after that it stopped.

Thats crazy, my number1 go to guy has been #26 for years. Im a megs fan hardcore. Adams just impressed me, and has me wondering about ? As for beading I dont use wax as portectant, but only as a fluffer. I polish throughly usually with Megs, then I seal with Zaino at this point my reflection is already there. Then I like to give pop with a Nuba of some kind.

Buttery wax has a great look and is super easy to use. IMO the shinging star of Adam`s line is their detail spray. I LOVE that stuff.

I agree! It smells great and I noticed a nice increase in shine on my silver car. The Buttery wax is pretty good too. I`ve used it on a few cars. Adams comes out here to Reno for Hot August Nights every year and does demos and it seems some of their swirl removal products work well, but I haven`t tried them yet.

I did a Denali today. I clayed with Gliptone Body Bar, and waxed with butter wax. Stunning results. Ill take my camera tomorrow, and do a car with Adams. Then post pics.
