I`ve done two cars with extreme amounts of black shoe scuffs on the driver door and the bottom where the door shuts. To clear up the area I mean, , where it says M3. I just sprayed some all in one cleaner on it and scrubbed until it was gone, but I`m assuming there`s an easier way I don`t know about. Any ideas?

For shoe scuffs on plastic (newer cars) I often use a dampened Mr. Clean Magic Eraser..... you want to be gentle because it is a light abrasive and will dull paint. I`m not sure if that M3 area is stainless, but I`d be very careful especially on the painted M3 logo.

I use DP Interior cleaner and a carpet/interior brush. Works quite well.

I just used that picture as an example, but thanks for the ideas. I`ll have to try both because what I was trying was nothing short of painful.
