Lately I find myself driving through areas with tons of bugs (love bugs and others). I would like to be able to just wash the contaminated areas (bumper, windshield, mirrors, grill, etc) sometimes without doing my entire truck everyday. However I can`t tolerate the water spots etc. that would occur on the unwashed areas. If I used an inline water filter on my hose, would I be able to wash "half my truck" effectively??? (I do have Jeff Werkstaff QuickWash, but that won`t cut it with the amount of bugs I get).

    thanks

You`ll need a de-ionizing water filter to get spot free results. The simplest and cheapest way to do that is to buy a Mr. Clean car wash gun and filter. The spot free rinse filter is very low pressure. You just spray your car down with it after you`re done with the wash, and your car will dry spot free.

If you want spot free water for the entire wash, you`ll need to get a system like the CRSpotless

CRSpotless.com - Wash, Rinse, and Walk Away

Or you could put a system together yourself (which is what I did)
