silica spray coated

Hi all,



I need some help from you guy. in my home town (Thailand) just have this paint protection system around 6 month. However they claim this product protect your paint from all paint damage and defects include oxidation,scratches,swirl marks etc. The age of this system around 6 years. No more polishing! No more car care!:nervous2: The price of this system around 1100 US dollar.



Is it real for what they claim???

What is the paint system called? Nothing will last forever but I have been testing some paint sealants that lasts over 18 months.



EDIT:



I don´t think they spray silica over the car but some kind of polymer resin mix.
