    Stained Leather and Plastic

My moms new car has leather int. and she had a shirt on that was not new and had be washed and was dry, that left red dye on the seat. She didnt sweat either. Is there anything that I can get that will get it out? We tried soap and water and wipes...... but a local detail place was scared to touch it.....

    thanks

Leather master has a formula specifically formulated for such occurances, leatherique would most likely remove it with ease as well. but go ahead and try the more affordable options first, I`ve seen some nasty looking stains removed with ease with a magic eraser.

Be careful with the magic eraser, though - they are abrasive.

Absolutely, I really wouldn`t recommend using it but if you are very gentle with it and use as instructed you "can" safely remove certain problems off leather without harm.

my mom took it to a detail place in are area that I would call the "most prof." as far as size goes and they told her they wouldn`t touch it.

Classic example of seperating a detailer vs. a car wash. There`s nothing I wouldn`t touch, may not be able to fix some things but I`ll damn sure try

WELL we just remembered that we have a int. protection plan for 7 years($900) and they will fix or replace it .... they take care of anything in the int. so we will see. they are out for the holidays... it is sad but this car don`t even have 1000 miles on it yet..

    lol.. :grinno: I agree 100%

I would recommend any leather cleaner, used with a leather brush, or maybe even a microfiber. I know leather master has a good one.. Leather master stong cleaner?? or something like that... i`ve heard great things about that. A carpet steam cleaner with a microfiber cloth on the nozzle, with a low pressure should def work as well...
