Hi. I want to know if it is good to use Mothers cleaner wax and then use the Mothers carnauba wax, the one in step three for the wax. Do I need to wait a night after applying the cleaner wax before applying the carnauba wax? The car is going to be clayed before the wax is put on. I want to ask how long the Turtle wax can be on the car? I apply the Turtle wax on the car around two months ago. After I wash the car today and touch the paint, it is not smooth like when the wax was apply. Thanks.

You can apply the step 3 right after if you want. It doesn`t need time to "cure" like a sealant does. The Turtle wax is probably mostly gone, but the Mothers Cleaner Wax should get rid of whatever is still clinging on.

Mothers cleaner wax followed by Mothers caranuba should be great.

when you apply the cleaner wax it will remove the turtle wax. you should wait 12 hours for the cleaner wax to cure and then top it, but sometimes time is an issue, so don`t worry about it if you can`t...

You really should consider more prep than just cleaner wax.

What kind of preparation needs to be done for the car? I am asking the Turtle wax because I am thinking if it means that the car does not have any wax on it even before I use the cleaner wax to remove it. How can you see if there is wax on the car? Thanks.
