oh let`s see here, pretty much everything everybody else mentioned. My Dad refuses to use soap on his Harley for fear of stripping wax. I`ve showed him on my own truck. Washed a panel with Meguiars Hyper Wash, the water still just beaded right off.

Whenever I run into someone who "thinks" he/she knows what there talking about, I just let them talk. In one ear out the other.

I`ve already had one guy tell me to use straight 40 oil in my truck so it lasts a long time and it won`t burn oil as the engine ages. Riiiiiiiiight.
