I will be receiving my new Tundra Crew Max in a week or so. I plan to:

    Wash

    Clay

    Wash

    AIO

    Jeff W. AJT

and then possibly S100 depending on how the AJT looks.

Question...should I do this before or after I get the truck bed Line-Xed???

I can think of 2 schools of thought here

    1) apply protectants first so if LineX gets on the surface it will be easier to remove

    2) do it after, so that it will have a thourough cleaning (Clay and AIO) after getting Line-Xed

    thanks

PS. How does that combo of products sound to you?

If it were me I`d detail after the LineX treatment. My experience is that most shops are not as particular as Autopians and will leave something that needs attention (residue from masking tape, overspray, dirt, marring, etc.). I prefer to do a full detail after all the bad stuff is over.
