Ok so ive started THE detail on my car. Ive clayed it and started to polish it with Menz SIP with CCS 6" orange pad. The scratches are 98% gone, however on the parts i polished there are still little water etching marks. After polishing im going to Danase Wet Glaze and Duragloss 101+105 it, but im not sure if i should move on since i want the etching gone. any suggestions?

so far im thinking after polishing i should Duragloss 101 and 105 the car. then Danase wet glaze it and add another DG 105. Initially i was thinking i was going to DWG before i used DG 101+105. My thinking is that 101 will remove the etching since its kind of an All in one, correct?

If SIP did not remove the etching then 101 will not. Might want to try a more agressive compound, rotory, or wetsand.
