I am going to buy some orange and white 4" pads. Is there any reason to go with yellow? Should I get some too? I just didnt know if that would be a bit much sense the pads are small.

i would at least get one yellow pad, as it`s the most aggressive pad. you`ll need it at sometime (sooner or later) to remove more aggressive defects...
Yellow Cutting Pad: The yellow cutting pad is intended for more aggressive swirl and scratch removal. It is made of dense foam and will work well with compounds and advanced swirl removers. This pad is comparable to our Wolfgangâ„¢ yellow cutting pad.
I thought Autogeek had a selection of LC 4" pads? Where can I buy some?
They still do but now they are the CCS ones.
I only use the orange and white, have never found a need for anything more aggresive.
I wouldn`t buy the White or Green. They have almost no cut and are used for finishing. You probably want to finish with a bigger pad. You definitely want the yellow, just be careful with putting too much pressure or staying in one spot. Specially over plastic. You can burn the paint with both yellow and orange 4 inch pads.
May I interest you in my Brazilian wax?
They`re CCS pads now?! Ahh, I want my regular flat foam! Ill take another look.
How fast is the movement with 4" pads? 2 -3 inches per second?
I didnt see any 4 " pads other than some package they have. Dont seem to be able to buy them individually.

You can move much faster with 4" pads. You can move almost as fast as a rotary.
Can`t you get the 4 inch flat foam Cyclo pads?

I`ve got all five pads except green
Mainly because I finish alot of the small areas on panels with them plus the front and rear bumpers, headlights and tail lights get polished by machine as well to remove swirls
Car care/detailing sadly isn`t high on the agenda for 98% of australians.
