Windshield repair

I was looking and found this one at TOL Auto Glass Repair. I don`t know if anyone has used this or other kits. Do any detailers do this, I was thinking of doing this as additional work. I think the only problem would be seeing how long it would take the insurance companies to pay. Any of you have experience with this?

I was looking at windshield repair also and noticed that one. However, I think I may look into the one at rightlook.com. It`s more expensive, but it looks like it`s more involved, being that it shows how to repair chips and "long cracks," whereas TOL`s only fixes chips.
