    Hello all.

I just purchased a 2007 MB C203 sport in arctic white. I have owned many Toyotas and Hondas and my choice of detail product has been Poorboys, because they worked so well with the Japanese clearcoat. Now I have the MB clearcoat and asking what is the choice for polishing ? Is the MB Arctic white a single stage or with a clear coat.

I will stay with Collonite and Liquid Sovereign for last step wax.

I have searched and so far I have found Menzerna as being the best choice ?

    Thank you in advance.

Menzerna has a polish formulated for the MB`s clear coat: 106FF. Also, 3M has a new product out for the Mercedes clear coat, but I don`t remember the part number. If you go to the 3M site, you can find it.

I use Menzerna`s on BMWs and it works fine on the softer clear coats. Good product.

Hard to beat 106ff. Mix in about 25-30% RMG with it. That will somewhat reduce dust and increase your working time.

You might want to pick up some of their Super Intensive Polish too - in case you get a deeper scratch in the ceramiclear.
