Have a 4 door F250 coming tomorrow early. Dark red and has a avg amount of swirls. I work with the owner and he has done some polishing in the past in a body shop. He wants to get back into polishing. So I was thinking that I would use a green wool pad with presta 1500 w/ the metabo and let him follow with the PC and ZPC.

I was talking to Todd (TH001) yesterday and he suggested that I try SIP with a white pad and one step it with the rotary. I have white CCS pads and LC VC whites as well.

Any other thoughts from others that may have used SIP as a one step? Of course a hologram free surface is expected.

I know that Todd is a very experienced detailer, but just trying to get folks thinking how to try and cut down on time spend polishing.

Being a ford i would just hit it with wool and then foam and be done.
