I`m trying to figure this out. I recently purchased a Gilmour from Danase and I have yet to use it. When I go to use it and spray the foam on do I then also use a wash bucket with a MF in to use on the paint of just use a clean bucket of water with the MF and rely on the soap to provide the lubrication so that dirt doesn`t get drug along?

It`s up to you. If you have good technique and use a good lubricating foam you can just use a rinse bucket. Others use the foam as a pre-soak and then do their normal two bucket method. Experiment and find out what works best for you, neither way is wrong.

You`re putting the soap on the paint with the foam gun, so you can just use wet wash media (mitt, sponge, cloth, etc.). I use just a rinse bucket to keep the wash media in. Some people like to spike the rinse water with some soap so everything is as soapy as possible.
