i will be getting new wheels and tires for the jeep and i want to clean up the ones i have so that they are more appealing to possible buyers.

since i bought the jeep used, the wheels on the inside are pretty bad. so i was hoping for some degreaser/wheel cleaner and something with a little more bite than just a brush.

so, is this a good idea to use the # 0000 steel wool on the inside of the wheels ??

they are stock aluminum wheels off of a wrangler.

    thanks for any information

I`d use wheel acid before steel wool on aluminum. That could be a recipe for destruction! :soscared:
