2005 toyota tundra....silver sky metallic. I don`t see many swirls, but you know how silver is decieving. I just want a nice sealant that will last. I understand sealants only last so long, but in the midwest where I am at the roads are always dirty, salty or sandy. Need protection more than shine.

Also need help picking a sealant for 2004 Sante Fe with Blue metallic paint.

Not a sealant, but give Collinite 845 Insulator wax a try. It has a good look and will last months.

For silver, I would definately go with Menzerna FMJ or Klasse SG.

you will get a 1000 choices..and all good ones..but I will throw my choice in also..there was a member here called Mike from W.Virginia...he had a silver Tundra...his posts are still here some where under Duragloss or Aquawax..he was a big fan of Duragloss on his Tundra....but my choice would be Duragloss 105 and Aquawax..

These products do make flake pop and are very durable...I get 6 months easy here in New England winters with it..I do 2-3 coats of 105 over a week...2 to ensure proper coverage..and a extra one for good luck...lol...and then AW after the next wash..and AW every 6 weeks after ...you will like them..

Now you may be able to get them at carquest as they are a dealer...if none in stock ask if they can order it..you get the next day...

online vendors are aka patrick his store is exceldetail.com..real nice guy and fast shipper and good service..he has the duragloss line in stock...he is in Calf...

Another is autogeek.com they sell duragloss also...they are from Florida...

you can also order from Duragloss direct...duragloss.com...N. carolina

    hope this helps

read posts on all products mentioned and make your choice...
