Well, unfortunately I seem to have a leak somewhere in my non running car thats been sitting for a month or two now, and theres a small amount of mold on the headliner. What steps should I be taking to eliminate it and protect it?

Replace the headliner. Sounds drastic but it`s probably damaged from the leak anyway. Not to mention mold is some nasty stuff to deal with.

Get rid of the source of moisture first.
