So Ive been reading Autopia for some time now, and have been teaching myself using my 1987 Jeep Cherokee as a test bed. The truck is red, and has never been garaged since new. Keep in mind I live in Las Vegas. Ive been working with a PC lately, and trying to de-swirl the car, and am honestly having some major trouble. Ive tried up to as harsh as a wool pad, with OC on speed 5 for the PC, and, well, there isnt much improvement. Is paint on Jeeps insanely hard, or is it possible that Im doing everything wrong? Im working until the polish is just about gone, and moving slowly across the panel. Its starting to really frustrate me, since I got it looking so much better, and now Im at a standstill in terms of progress. Any help would be appreciated. Ive used all different pads as well.
