    I`ve seen it at Fleetfarm, Checkers, Bumper-to-Bumper, and Walmart.

    Yeah, there is a few seperate containers of vinyl paint, im guessing, and a heating tool and pieces of material to transfer the specified grain to the vinyl while heating.
