ve had my Car for just a month now. ive washed it 2 times a week since ive had it...

Last time i washed was tuesday and dressed the tires with Black Magic Foam. Today im washing the car and notice these spots around behind the rear tires, on the plastic bumper...stained on both sides of the car... i washed, dried, applied some cleaner wax, and also tried some bug & tar remover...and these stains appear to be in the bumper for good. Im dissapointed, since ive had a Toyota Echo for over three years, and used the same product to dress the tires on it. The Echo has Plastic bumpers also, and there are no stains on it of any kind. Anyone have any idea what this may be caused by? Anything I can do to try and get it off?
