Came across a really, really good glaze recently - I couldn`t even see the buffer swirls from a nasty wool pad. The good news is you don`t even have to spend the time polishing after heavy compounding and the customer won`t even know right away. The bad news is I was the customer - had a panel repainted on my gold Landcruiser.
I knew I was going to have to (re)buff the panel out after I had it painted, but initially I thought they did a good job...I`ve been up to my neck in details so I didn`t have time to do a wash and alcohol wipedown till now, and man, I seriously had to compound with PG twice to remove their buffer marks!
