Okay i`m kinda in the middle of finally detailing my car this weekend. FINALLY AHHH!!

My next step is to apply three coats of Z5 Pro, Followed by three of Z2 Pro. My Question is how many times in a 24 hour period realistically can I apply Zaino with ZFX, I think Sal says 3, but I don`t really know?

3, but I also found that if you are going to put that many coats down it is a real good idea to use z6 inbetween coats. If I put too many coats down at once I get these optical lines that run through the detail. When I use z6 inbetween it looks better to me.

No I mean do the layers not bond right or does one eat another (like sealants would a wax)?

Finalization of curing of the 3 applied coats occur over the next 12-24hrs.

With the new formulations (PRO series) you will see that 3 coats is plenty and usually maximizes appearance and protection of each sealant (Z2PRO and Z5PRO)

One may get a little bit more filling with 3-6 coats of Z5PRO but besides this benefit, there is no reason to go beyond 3.
