I recently purchased a bunch of stuff from bettercarcare.com, including 4 SFX 4" spot pads. I received 6" pads instead. Today I emailed customer service for autopia-car-care.com, saying I got the wrong pads. About a half hour later I got a phone call from a customer service rep (can`t remember her name, sorry). 2 minutes later I get to keep the 6" pads and the 4" pads are coming tomorrow!



It may be only $20 but I appreciate the quick response and customer-friendly solution You can be sure that "I`ll be back"



P.S. I also learned that autopia-car-care and bettercarecare are apparently run by the same company since I emailed autopia-care-care and she was still able to see my order. That doesn`t really make much sense to me-- I mean it`s not like two separate stores in different states. Wouldn`t they just compete for business?
