MY GF`s father got a REALLY nice 19 foot alumacraft, specifically this one...

I was wondering if you could recomend some simple products he could use to keep it right. I got him some 303 for the leather allready. What are some cleaners/wax/polymers that are good for the paint. He is not looking into buffing or keeping it in show condition all the time.

Look at Finish Kare`s marine section (www.bigwhitemarine.com). Or Collinite.

Although I dont have much experience with umm tin boats. I have worked on fiberglass/gelcoat etc for a number of years. Consistently I find that collinite is the wax of choice. In the NE we use it about 2 times a season. Before the boat goes in, and mid summer. I also use 3m imperial to buff. Definately restores and protects the boat.
