I`ve notived this on my 03 Silver Cobra , it seem`s to not pop anywhere near Natty/white or Butter wet wax from CG. Actually the BWW look`s awsome on it as well as my Black Tahoe. (Look`s deep , wet & clear)

I have noticed this with Souveran, CMW and EX on my metatllic Black car which has very small flakes.

For this reason I have just gone over to UPP, and also found the Wolfgang don`t mute the flakes. Planning to top it this weekend with my just aquired Nattys Blue, which is said not to mute the Flakes. A quick test with Pinnacle Signature the other day in a small area has confirmed that also does not.

But still give a dark wet look in the shade.

I noticed on our green metalic Honda, when I use Megs. #20, #16, or Natty`s Blue, the metal flake really pops out. When I use CMW, the paint has a darker, richer look, but the metal flake isn`t quite as noticeable. The flakes that you do see have a rich appearance to them tho. To me, CMW seems to mute the flakes more than some waxes, but not as much as others.

I wouldn`t say CMW actually mutes the metallic, but since it deepens the color of the car, the metallic may not be as noticable.

BTW, Rich, your paint looks incredible!
