I just e-mailed Scott from Specialty Motoring Products about the problem I had with my Nattys since he is the vendor I purschased it from. Maybe a half an hour later I check my mail again not expecting to see anything really but there is an answer from Scott saying that he will send me a new jar right away and for me to give him my address. I was VERY impressed and just wanted to let you guys know if you want GREAT customer service here is one place to go. I don`t know if he is a member on the forum here but thanks Scott!
