Can anyone recommend me a good product for cleaning up black plastic wheel arch liners, I want mine black and glossy? Would Meguiars APC do the job?

I clean mine with AG Engine and Machine cleaner. Then at shows I have always used AG Vinyl and Rubber Care, for day to day use they are a dust trap though.

Clean with Chemical Guys blue APC, spray with Chemical Guy`s Liquid Extreme shine. Armor All works too, but doesn`t last as long/is more expensive.
Once you buff black, you never go back

I picked up a bunch of Turtle Wax 2001 Protectorant at Autozone when the 32 ounce bottles were on sale for $.99. It leaves the finish pretty shiny. I have used AA and AA Tire Foam in the past with good results.

I use the megs Detailer APC and hype dressing as the final touch. Looks great and lasts for weeks of normal driving.

When I wash, I spray with Simple Green and rinse. Once dry, I spray with Sprayway Non-Silicone Tire shine. Works great, is reasonable, and makes the next wash easy.

I`ve never heard of most of the products mentioned above, I know they`re not available in the UK either!

I also use the AG Engine Cleaner but with no dressings. Everything I have tried seems to attract to much dirt

I use a brush and my car wash solution to clean. Never need anything stronger. I dress with Stoners Trim Shine. This is the only product I have found that is truly spray and walk away. Dries very quickly and evenly no need to buff. Looks just right too. Not too much shine and is not a dust magnet.

Try Klasse AIO. I have used it before on smooth black plastic. It comes out nice, and you dont have to worry about getting it on the paint.
