I have a show this Sunday and not sure what to use - I`ve heard that Clearkote gives a wetter shine which is what I want, does CK give a wetter look than PB? :buffing:

I`m going to do CK RMG - YCM - CMW - QS as a QD or ...

    PB Polish w/carnuba - EX - Natty`s paste - Sonus carnuba spritz

I`ve done the PB routine before and it came up really good - will the CK products come up with a wetter shine? I`ll be using a PC with green/blue pads, etc.

The Clearkote combo will look wetter. Use Vanilla Moose if you have it though.

On black or red, I`d say Clearkote for sure. On that color, it may be a toss-up. The CK combo will be a bit deeper and richer and the PB`s combo would be a touch more reflective (Nattys gives a very clear wet look vs. CMW`s deepening effect).

I mix and match both to suit my needs.

After doing a few cars akin to your colour I would do

CK RMG or VM - YCM - EX with Carnuba, and try a panel with Nattys and one with CMW and see which you prefer! I would probaly have gone with P21s as my topper.

As for QDing I love Sonus Spritz and Quickshine. I use the Quikshine after a wash, the Spritz if the car has just been in the garge before going out or after a coat off wax.
