So I`m sitting in marketing class today online (we were doing a sort of online scavenger hunt) and I think "This would be a perfect time to buy some more clay and shampoo.

So I go to the Autopia store, planning on buying a few bars of plain old yellow clay in the individual wrappers. All I see is the expensive Sonus clay, and the Clay Magic/ Meg`s brand clay only come with the lube.

Were the individually wrapped clay slices not selling well? I guess I never have seen individually wraped cheese slices not sold in a pack...

The yellow Perfect Shine clay has been gone for a while. The Sonus clay isn`t expensive, it`s actually one of the least expensive "Clay Magic" style bars at 2 100 gram bars for 18.95 (plus there is a sale going on now).

You can buy individual 100 gram bar refills of the Sonus clay for $8.95. These are "without the storage box."

Any preferance for either the cheap yellow/ or Sonus clay?

Two 100g. bars might be ok. Comes with a box.

Bummer, I really had my heart set on some WG Auto Bathe.

Under the description for the sonus clay (two 100 gram bars w/ storage box) there is a link to the 100 gram refill bars.

This should be a direct link to the Sonus Block Detailing Clay (100 gram bar) without the storage box:

I made the same mistake and overlooked the individual link.

On a side note, is it just me or has the selection of Autopia products dwindled down to not much of anything? No pun intended, but back in the day it seemed that you could really pick and choose amongst various products.

I noticed that too. The Autopia store is dominated by Sonus products now.

Glenn: Why not pick up some Clay Magic locally?

Thanks, that must be new, because I didn`t notice it before.

Sonus products aside, youâ€â„¢ll find less than a handful of polishes, wash, or wax, available or in stock on any given day.

DavidB stated some time ago that it was his intention to only sell 3 products in each category. I believe that`s when he started the Garage Sale, to move out some of those other products.
