I was lucky enough to get free samples of this product and finally had a chance to use it. This is my first real review so bare with me, I did make what I consider a couple of errors.

Sonus Total Eclipse Multi-Surface SPC-40 UV Protection can be used on vinyl, leather, plastic bumpers, rubber seals, plastic cladding, vinyl tops and much more. It is a very watery liquid that does not have much if any odor.

Packaging - Product arrived in the standard box surrounded in packing peanuts but as an added touch each bottle was shrinked wrapped to prevent leaking problems.

Product Container - Standard Sonus black bottle, sprayer was included.

Usage - I first tried spraying the product on to the dash but quickly discovered that this was not the best way to use it, it ran right down the dash and onto the floor mats. I then tried spraying it onto a yellow foam pad and applying it to the dash. This worked much better. It spread very easily with no streaking. The instruction state that you should allow it to be absorbed into the surface for 5 - 10 minutes before buffing off the excess, easy enough to do as you continue using it on other areas of the car.

Results - It seems to have some cleaning ability and does tend to foam a little when you first apply it. The results when first applied (IMO) are a bit shinnier than PB NL (my favorite at the moment). When buffed off (waited 10 minutes) it left a very clean, matt look with just a touch of glosse. Made the vinyl look like new. On the black plastic and rubber in the console area it left a completely matt look but also make everything look much blacker than I have ever seem it (I just love this look). I have attached some pic`s of my results. Sorry but since I forgot to get before pic`s I had to leave a spot or two in two phots un-done so you coulds see the differance (yes, I did get them right after taking the photos).

Durability - I will have to update this post with that information as soon as I can.

Conclusion - All in all a very impressive product, does what it claims to do, very easy to use and leaves (IMO) a very clean and new look. I think I have found something that I like as much or maybe more that PB NL. This product is one that I will gladly re-order!

Sorry for the small pic`s but if you like to take a closer look they are in my gallery!

Try it on the tires. This stuff runs like crazy!

Left a very nice matte finish though. I had some with it with streaking on my tires. How did it do for you on the dash?

    Excellent review raven.

I also like this product with the same conclusions you reached.

    New appearance to areas treated

    No fragrance

Must be applied with applicator for controlling distribution

Would reorder when needed when I order my 1Z Perls.

The matte finish looks perfect. I definitely prefer it to any product that leaves a glossy finish.

I`m afraid this free offer is over. It was for the first ten people to answer the post with the condition that a review was written within 30 days.
