After 2 years of use from my original jar of Pinnacle Souveran, it`s time to replenish, but I have an itch to try P21S. Which one should I get, money is not the biggest factor, although I wouldn`t mind saving the price difference between the two, but not at the expense of the best look I can get.

i would say get p21s since you`ve tried PS already. P21s won`t dissappoint you. Also, at this time, you should be able to judge betwwen the two product which one you prefer.

There`s a ton of threads and boils down to PS having a slight edge P21S on black or other very dark colors. Personally, P21S is fine for me and performs excellently. Give it a try I say and see if you like the results just as much.

    What color is your vehicle?

I find P21S may be better than Souveran on light colored cars and about the same on dark.

Depends on the color, Souveran, I have found to be better on dark colors. On light colors, P21s is a bit "brighter" and Souveran a bit "richer." I also think Souveran is a little bit easier to use in both application and removal than P21s.

Personally, if I were buying one or the other, I`d buy Souveran again.

They are both great waxes. I think Natty`s kinda bridges the gap between them. And for $15, you can`t beat it. For my black car, Souveran will probably always be king!

Souveran may be a tad better looking, but P21S repels dust better, has slightly better durability and stays cleaner after a rainstorm. Those factors pretty much settle it for me...

    dlw,

I have some S100 on hand if you want to give it a try. FYI, in the past I`ve picked up both S100 wax and the paint cleanser at the Harley dealership at 73rd and L.

Also, I have both Natty`s and #16 in my box-o-stuff. Just let me know what you want to experiment with, and you`re welcome to it.

Another note. I have hosed off dead bugs with Natty`s and P21S. You can`t do that with Souveran. The Natty`s has even less dust attraction and better self cleaning ability than P21S.

I`m not so sure about this even though Natty`s is a good product. My P21S coat attracts very little dust...

I just recieved some nattys along with vanilla moose and ex-p today from specialtymotoring.com today. I have p21s and I just ordered some souveran and #16 from autopia! I will probably post somethin on everything once I`ve tried all the new stuff. As for p21s I don`t get any dust with 3 coats of it over aio and sgx2 and it`s long lasting. For dark colors it gives me more depth and for light colors it gives a glow.

Unless you have a solid red or black car (no metallic), I`d go with P21S/S100 or Nattys over Souveran.
