I am in need of something a little stronger than my Menzerna IP. I will be using it with a PC.
Should I get DACP, SSR 2.5, or 1Z UPP?
I know they are all great products...which do you recommend most.
Thanks!

Zane, I`ve used both DACP and 1Z UPP. I find UPP to be more aggresive and easier to work with. I don`t know about SSR 2.5 but I imagine it`s a fine product.
I use DACP pretty much as my go to polish for moderately swirled paints. In part because I know how it works and because I bought a bunch of it last year. Some find it difficult to use/buff off and some get hazing that they don`t want to follow up with a finer polish. Most of the hazing I get is based on my pad selection.
I find that if the defects are more severe that a pass (or multiple passes) with DACP and a cutting pad followed by a pass with a finer polish and a polishing pad leaves a great finish. If the swirls are just moderate, then DACP and a polishing pad is sometimes all I need. Either way, it`s important to work the DACP long enough so the abrasives break down.
I`ve not used 1Z UPP, but the PP and MP are great products. Very easy to work/buff off, but sometimes I think they take too long to break down with a PC and the fillers can be annoying if you keep trying to remove them to check the swirl removal progress. They do leave a great finish though and if total swirl removal isn`t your absolute goal, the fillers might be an added bonus. Depending on your defects and the hardness of your paint, UPP might be a little aggressive. Will definitely need to follow up with a finer polish.
Heard great things about the poorboy polishes too, just have too many others to use up first.

ssr2.5 i think works better than the dacp never tried the 1z
I like Meg professional series "light cut" followed by IP. Works great with PC.
Mild marring - LC + polishing pad
IP + polishing pad
medium marring - LC + cutting pad
IP + polishing pad
Zane, I really really like the 2.5. I actually use it with a polishing pad instead of a cutting pad. This lets me work the polish longer, and I let the product do most of the work. Outstanding results, and I feel it removes a lot easier than DACP, especially in the sun. Oh, and it smells great!
