My 03 Jeep is startting to show some signs of age and az sun on the rear window (soft top) and I wanted to find out what product(s) i would be best using to clean, treat and restore the plastic.

Also, in the az sun anyone have any thoughts as to NXT vs AIO?

The Novus plastic polishes might be worth a shot
Treat it like it`s the only one in the world.

Another vehicle with similar windows is the Miata. I`d suggest going to Miata.net`s forum and searching the top forum for "polish window":

i have clayed the rear plastic windows of a few Merc and BMW convertables with great results. If you follow that up with a good plastic polish ie, meguiars or novus you should be fine

I didn`t take any before and afters because I didn`t think the end result would be that great...

    --but--

I attacked my 2000 YJ`s windows with Plasti-X (Meg`s) using a mf applicator and working on small areas at a time. I tried initially to do it while on the Jeep but I didn`t want to stretch it. Then I took the windows off and took them indoors and worked on them on top of a sheet on the floor. WOW. I did both sides fairly vigorously using the mf applicator and removing with a fresh mf towel.

Followed this with a dose of Plexus and a mf towel. The Plexus increased the slickness and shine dramatically. They almost feel waxed.

Overall, clarity increased 100%. I didn`t have the courage to bring the PC indoors to work the Plast-X longer, but I`m very happy with the results by hand. Good Luck!
Talk is cheap because supply exceeds demand.
