I don`t think you can replace the bushings yourself..... someone correct me if I`m wrong. Are you maybe thinking of replacing the brushes in the electric motor? I don`t think replacing those would help any squeaking.

Personally I`d take it to an authorized repair center and see what they say about it or if you can do it yourself or not.

I believe the manual mentions returning it to an authorized PC repair center every X hours for service. I`d bet that includes brushes.

Yeah, brushes...I keep calling them bushing for some odd reason.

Yeah, it says every 100 hours. I might have to do that soon them.

Brushes have nothing to do with squeaking. Mine squeakes a bit also when I turn it off. My PC router does a similiar thing. When it turns to a grinding sound I`ll take it in. I`m hoping it`s just inherent with the machine and not a sign of serious wear.

I am thinking that I am going to call and see what they will charge to service it. I will let you guys know if I get an answer.
