I`d sure be willing to test it on my customer`s cars if they would agree to it and based on what I see in that thread, they`d be begging me to try it. I have a particular blue Diablo in mind....

    Hi Afshin,

I`ll have to ask one of the chemists to mix up some more a.s.a.p.

I used up most of what I had on the two Miata`s I buffed out for the Miata Detail Day at AutoRecon in Irvine this Sunday.

I`ll push my chair away from the keyboard and head on up to the Lab right now.

Hopefully, there will be some ideal cars to try this product out on.

Hey, I was one of the people who posted a review, and I`m willing to do another one with Lab Sample D! If this product is layerable and doesn`t stain trim, then I`m really interested!!

I don`t have a PC, but I have Autopia Handi-Grip applicators and I`ve been working out

Meguiars held a Mercedes Detailing event on Saturday and I had an opportunity to see Lab Sample `D` in action on several paint colors and paint conditions. The product is definitely going to be a hit.

Here are my impressions after we applied it to my hood.

    - The product is very creamy and it smells edible. It is white in color and you could easily mistake it for a hand lotion.

    - Application is very easy, similar to applying S100. I used a Meguiars yellow foam pad slightly dampened with the product and applied the product in both circular and straight lines without difficulty.

    - We waited 10 minutes before removing the wax. I used a 16" x 16" clean microfiber to remove the product. It wiped away very easily and didn`t leave any white (dust) residue. I didn`t test it on any porous plastic or rubber so I can not comment if it whitens these surfaces.

    - Results were simply amazing. This product has the ability to fill swirls and spiderwebs like nothing I`ve seen. We were inspecting my hood in direct sunlight from every angle and couldn`t find any swirls. It also darkens the paint slightly and allows the metallics to show through. It isn`t highly reflective like Zaino nor is it glossy like S100......the best description I can give it is it makes the paint look like liquid ready to ooze of your car. It looks even better after 24 hours if you leave it alone.

Here are a couple of shots I took 20 minutes after removal:

    Mike,

I sent you a PM but seems like everyone wants to try out the new stuff. Add me to the list. I will be doing some Corvettes at a museum in a couple of weeks. About 50 cars, some perfect shape, some suffering from towel induced swirling. Be happy to snap some pics and write up my experience, if you are interested in providing a sample to use.

Let me know if there is any interest.

    Mike,

Sounds like there is LOTS of demand for this product. I`d be curious to see how it fares on my wife`s Onyx Black Suburban! And I`d be happy to post pics/review/whatever you`d like!

    Thanks,

    Mike,

Methinks there should be an Autopian Pre-release Event . . . let us have a crack at buying it before the general market.

Seriously, though, I`m sure you`d have quite a few folks willing to pay to be beta testers. Like me.

    I agree with TAWD....

Let there be a Autopia pre-release!

Hell, I`ll even cover shipping cost for myself at least!

Which one will be avalible? "D" or "E"?

If it looks this good and covers some minor swirls/webbing by hand you may have a big winner!

If I can top SG with this stuff I`m especially interested in buying.
Treat it like it`s the only one in the world.
