I have a brand new CMA orange pad I will try on the next car. My last few Griot`s pads have came apart after only three cars! Seems they should last longer than that! Anyone else experience this?

I would put them in a box and send them on their way. Just put your information with the items. They have told me to do this before when I have sent back something and didn`t have the original receipt. No questions asked by Griot`s.

I have sent many things back to Griots, most of the time is was because I didnt like it, Nothing to do with is falling apart and there was no problem gettin my money back. I like that about Griots

2001civicex - Yeah, call them up. SOMETHING is wrong. I get a LOT of use out of my Griot`s pads, they`ve always lasted a long time. Talk with them first so they know it`s an unusual problem, not just a case of someone thinking the pads will last forever.

I am waiting to hear back from them now. I love their service! I am thinking that maybe they just had a bad batch of pads or something. When I first started my first pad lasted a year!

A2Z all the way baby! Funny you just mentioned this cause I just e-mailed Eagle One about 2 seconds ago trying to see if I can buy A2Z by the gallon somewhere. LOL
