Last week I got my samples from Autoint, I hadn’t really had to much time to try them out till the last few days. The Saturn has the black plastic door handles that everyone hates. They are the ones that wax sticks to and seems like you can never get that off. Any how I tried Carguy’s method with the 3M "Adhesive, Tar and Wax Remover #03607 and cleaned them all up nice with a stiff brush. Then I hit them with a light coat of autoints trim and molding renewer, I went on nice and really makes them BLACK. I don’t like it when they are really shiny and look like someone poured oil over the plastic. Now after a few hours they are dry and look and feel nice and dry no slickness or oil feel. I cant wait to try it on something that has a lot of trim on the bumpers. So far I love this stuff I give it a A on my list!

Now for the bad news, The smallest amount you can get is 32oz bottles in a pack of 6. Ya so that is 6 32oz bottles for around 45$ I am not sure If I will order any or not. I love the way it works though!

Next is the rubber protector, watch for that thread...

This stuff is awesome for when you get wax or polish on the trim too. It works really well. I`m a big fan of 90% of Autoint`s stuff. It seems to be really good quality. :up :up

Will this remove wax stains from the trim or cover up wax stains?

I am not sure if it will remove/cover up the wax stains, I cleaned mine as good as I could before I put the renewer on the handles. Mine were not to bad anyhow, With the Z and S100 it is not to big of a problem.

Gee, does this mean Autopia will allow Ron K. back . I don`t know about anyone else but I found Ron very helpful.

For a long time after Ron K left, I did see his name on the members using Autopia, so he may still be looking in every so often.

I don`t like the auto.int products. I dont want to say anything else because we have a rat who just loves to run back and tell Ron K everything I say about the products and auto.int.

Dont worry, it is no one who posted here

If you want something that is cheaper try the meguiar`s trim shine for black restorer. I have a post on it somewhere, It works great and is only 4.99. It last a long time too.

Have you gotten it wet yet?

I have tried EO, Meq, and Mother`s, they all leave streaks running down the car once they get wet.

Would like to know how this holds up to water.

HOLD on while I get this ship back on course:p
