I recently ordered 5 Viking Wash Mitts from Parts America. 100% cotton. They totaled somewehre around 30 bucks with shipping.

I took them out of the box. Nice mitts. I started washing them to prep them before use. Good quality.

I go to wash my truck, stuck my hand in one and there is tons of threads in there! I pull my hand out one thread (the only, and about 10 ft long) came out and started taking part of the elastic that holds the glove to your arm. So now I have some elastic missing on the mitt.

I take another, look at it same problem. I look at the outside and guess what. A hole!!! Big hole! I can fit a Zaino bottle through the side of the wash mit:shocked !!!

I washed with the one with barely any elastic, and it woked but was a pain in the ***.

Bad mitts if you ask me.

EDIT: The brand manager of Viking is a quiet member of this board. He has just sent me a PM saying he will replace teh mitts for me. Good customer service.

They have a guarantee. Send it back, and they will send you new ones.

The 100% are still made, they are only offered at a few retailers.

Last resort: Go to Home depot and buy a sponge from the tile and flooring section. Stick the sponge in the mit and make it a pad. No joke
